JINX! Bring your sustainability projects to life

The JINX! team has designed and produced 19 short videos (5–10 minutes each) covering the entire process of project management.

These videos combine theoretical content, practical tools, concrete examples, testimonials, and advice to support you in developing your project.

They serve several purposes:

  • First, by providing key project management tools, they address the questions of young people who want to get started. The videos clearly show where to begin, how to grow and transform emerging ideas and energy, which tools and processes can help structure and guide a project over time, with whom to collaborate, and how.

  • Second, they deliver theoretical content while encouraging hands-on application, offering clear step-by-step guidance on how to use the tools and concepts presented.

  • Third, they showcase many concrete examples to reduce the gap that often exists between online tutorials and real-life situations. Thanks to a strong local anchoring and a deliberately candid approach, these examples help “deconstruct” the ideal of perfection by honestly revealing — with simplicity and humor — the often chaotic and winding reality of project management.

  • Finally, the examples highlight the wide range of sustainable development domains and the diversity of projects and their scope, while presenting an existing network of actors and organizations who are carrying out strong sustainability initiatives and who can serve as resources or inspiration for future actions.
